Application of BOPP film:

Application of PET film:

3. CPP film:

CPP film is an abbreviation for Cast Polypropylene film. This is a film made from PP plastic beads with non-directional lamination technology. CPP film has the advantages of waterproof and vapor barrier, good sealing and low sealing temperature, very safe in contact with food, helps to wrap food without affecting the taste of food.

Application of CPP film:

CPP film is widely used in packaging production such as:

- Food industry packaging such as: instant noodles, jelly, dried fruit and many other foods.

- Packing clothes or stationery or wrapping flowers.

- Especially this type of film is an important auxiliary material for the production of composite packaging, CPP films are laminated into many layers in the form of films and they are used to preserve goods and can preserve those products for a period up to two years.

- This type of film is laminated with BOPP film to form BOPP/CPP laminated film. This kind of laminated film will be gravure printed, and the BOPP film is printed to the outer layer, the CPP film is printed to the inner layer. The combination of these two types of films will help increase the elasticity and thickness of the product. This type of film is mainly used in food packaging industry such as coffee, garment, or animal food, etc.

Currently, Hong Phuc Bao is supplying domestically pealized BOPP film available in stock with a density of 0.61g/cm3, our 35 micron pearlized BOPP film has higher average yield than other films of other suppliers (other films has higher density, from 0.67g/cm3 to 0.72g/cm3).

Specifically:

- One roll of our film 35mic x 165mm x 3000m (density 0.61g/cm3) weighs 10.57 Kg.

- A roll of film 35mic x 165mm x 3000m from another supplier (density 0.68g/cm3) weighs 11.78 kg.

=> Difference: 1.21 kg or about 11.5%.
